Waterproof pill canister / pill box

Matador Waterproof Pill Canister is, just as it sounds, a waterproof container for pills or optional small items. Both container and jar feel like the wrong choice of words due to the shape, so pill box is probably the best translation: Matador waterproof pill box 😀

Good quality

A quick feel of the exterior is enough to realize the high quality of Matador's items. The outside is made of hard aluminum metal and the box itself is made of plastic, but the quality is evident there too. Especially in the seals at both ends.

The pill organizer is divided into seven compartments, one for each day of the week, and they are also discreetly marked with the numbers 1-7. Each compartment has room for about 5-7 pills (depending on sizes, of course), so whether you are away for one or more weeks, it is more than sufficient depending on how many pills you need per day.

Too big & expensive?

Personally, I think the pill organizer is on the larger side. But if you need one that is both nicer and more expensive than the ones you find at the pharmacy, this one from Matador is a really good choice. For comparison, you can find a boring standard one in 100% plastic for about 60 SEK at various pharmacies.

The oblong shape makes Matador's pill organizer fit in most toiletry bags, taking up space in width rather than height.

The pill organizer has an IPX4 rating, which means it is "splash-proof". In other words, you can have it out in the rain, but you should not submerge it in water or rinse it off with pills inside.
